Voilà (voila.today) is a service of Sanvora Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. In these terms "we" and "us" mean Sanvora Labs LLC, and "you" means the person or business using Voilà. You can reach us at any time at hello@voila.today, which is the fastest way to get a person.
Voilà gives you a professionally designed website built from one of our templates, hosting for it, and an editor to change its words, photos and prices. You pay once for a year of service. It is not a subscription: nothing renews or charges again without you choosing to.
The design itself — layout, styling and code — is ours and stays managed by us, which is how every site stays looking professional. You edit the content that sits inside it.
Every word, photo, logo and price you add to your site belongs to you. We host it; we don't own it. You give us only the permission we need to store, display and back up that content so your site works, and that permission ends when your content is deleted.
You are responsible for what you publish. By adding content you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break any law.
Your site starts with the photographs shown in the demo you chose, so it looks finished on day one. The photographs that come with your template are AI-generated images we licensed for this use, not photographs of your business, your staff or your customers. They are illustrative: any resemblance to a real person, place or product is coincidental. Replace them with your own photos anytime in the editor. A small number of demo designs use stock photography licensed for our demonstration pages only; those are never copied to your site, and those slots start with a neutral placeholder instead.
This licence covers only the photographs actually delivered with your site. Photographs you can see on our demo pages but which did not come with your site are not licensed to you, and copying them from those pages is not permitted. If a slot on your site shows a plain placeholder, that is why.
You may use the photographs that come with your template on your Voilà website, for as long as it is active. You may not extract them to sell, redistribute as stock, or claim them as your own work, and they are not exclusive to you — another customer who chooses the same template starts with the same images. For a look that is yours alone, put your own photographs in.
If an image on your site shouldn't be there — it resembles someone real, or simply doesn't suit your business — replace it in the editor, or tell us and we'll help.
Photos you import from Google Maps come from your own business listing; you are responsible for having the right to use them.
The Voilà name, logo, website, templates and software are owned by Sanvora Labs LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a site gives you the right to use your template for that site; it doesn't transfer ownership of the template or let you resell it.
If you believe something on voila.today or on a site we host infringes your copyright or other rights, email hello@voila.today with: the page address, what you believe is infringed, proof you own or represent the rights, and your contact details. We'll review it promptly and remove material where appropriate.
Don't use Voilà for anything illegal, deceptive, hateful or harmful; to impersonate another business or person; to collect people's information without telling them; or to distribute malware or spam. We may suspend a site that does, and will tell you why.
You pay a single yearly price — Starter $79, Business $149 or Premium $249 — shown before you pay and charged in US dollars through Stripe. It is not a subscription and we keep no card on file. Prices can vary by template and during promotions; a promotional price applies to that purchase only, and renewal is at the regular price, which we show you before you renew.
We email you before your year is up. You decide whether to renew; nothing auto-charges without you.
Refunds. If Voilà isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it. Two deductions: the cost of a domain we registered for you, because it is already bought in your name and is yours to keep and take anywhere; and payment-processing fees, which the card network keeps even when we refund. Everything else comes back. Renewals are not refundable — instead, simply choose not to renew.
Prices are shown and charged as stated. Where sales tax, VAT or GST applies to your purchase, any such amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
You can leave at any time and take your content with you. If you choose not to renew, your site stays live for a 30-day grace period, then goes dormant; we keep your content for 90 days in case you change your mind, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Your domain is yours either way. You can start on a free yourbusiness.voila.today address, connect a domain you already own, or have us register one — and a domain we register is registered in your name, not ours. We never hold it hostage: you can point it elsewhere or transfer it away whenever you like, and we'll help you do it. A free voila.today address belongs to us and works while your site is active.
We collect only what's needed to run your site: your name, business name, email address and, if you register a domain, the registrant details a domain registry requires. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We use your email to send your editor link, receipts and renewal reminders. We don't sell your information.
To run the service we use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), Upstash (settings), Resend (email), OpenAI (the optional “write my content” feature), Google (the optional Maps import) and a domain registrar when you ask us to register a domain. They are based in the United States and elsewhere.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email hello@voila.today and we'll act within 30 days. Deleting your account data removes your site.
Contact forms on your site send enquiries to your email address. Those enquiries are between you and the person who sent them: you are responsible for how you handle your own visitors' information, and for any privacy notice your own site needs.
We work hard to keep your site fast and online, but the service is provided "as is" and we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Demo content — names, reviews, prices and photos in our templates — is fictional and illustrative; replace it with your own before relying on it.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll say so on this page and email active customers before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of that state — except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else, which these terms do not take away.
